Anybody wandering past Rapha Spitalfields after about 13.15 today would have witnessed a Laurel&Hardy homage as two fully grown men were defeated by a stuck. D-section Giant carbon seatpost, (I needed it droppping by about 3/4 to an inch).
Other than the Giant was as described, fully functional and thanks for the instantly reduced price. I did get home on it. Eventually.
