Rear hinge, seat sleeve and the standard chain wear, brake pads / rims - try and keep your rims as clean as possible and change pads at 2/3rd worn.
The front wheel / headset are looseball, so keep those clean / tidy or upgrade to sealed bearings for a little extra cost but higher performance and longer lasting etc.
The tyre pressures make a huge difference, 100psi every week!
While we're at it, is there any other critical part, apart from the obvious bike maintenance things, that I need to keep an eye on ?
