For round town, touring, or what? I like the merino polos I've got for on/off bike use, but they've not got particularly useful pockets, and I'm not sure who's making 100% merino ones these days - Rapha switched to a wool/nylon blend for this season's ones. I've an old Swrve merino track jacket that I love to bits for the cooler months, which has good back pockets, but I think they stopped making them. I've heard good things about the Jura merino L/S and S/S jerseys, but they're basically repro vintage designs, so may look a bit bikey when not en velo.

Touring + round town as well. I guess I can relax the pocket requirement, but would still like merino and quarter zip. Thanks for the info anyway!

These guys

were recommended on this forum about a year ago.Not got round to buying anything from them yet,
as I found a couple of short zip, (pocketless), merino tops in TKMaxx. -

Need to replace morvelo nth series as my summer jersey of choice. Ordered one of their new ones and they’ve extended the sleeve on the short sleeve jersey to an annoying length. It also now flaps on my noodle arms.
Any super skinny and tall forumers out there (am 6ft1 and about 10.5 stone)? What’s your jersey of choice that doesn’t flap about or kinkily expose your belly button?

The best fitting jersey i've had was by Team Dream (https://teamdreambicyclingteam.com/) who are made by Endo Customs. It's a couple of years old now so I can't guarantee they're still the same fit, but it's a good length in a size small. The sleeves, like their bibs, are USA long though. My club kit by Kalas and it's is also an okay length. I'm 6ft3 and 11.6 stone.
I've found Rapha just keeps getting shorter and shorter.

Thanks as well.
In the end I answered my own question by finding about the endura urban jerseys.

Their regular jerseys have a cuffless sleeve that are pretty tight, I'm a little bit taller and little bit heavier and it's fine on me. Either that or some press-ups .

Rapha pro team in medium.
Flyweight jersey for summer.

pricey but not as much as some, and all designed and made here in the UK, unlike some.
Like the embossed logos on the back of some jerseys ;-)

Got a selection of socks from ATOUT at your recommendation - they’re great. I’d be surprised if they weren’t made in the same factory as Rapha. Delivered within a week I think.

I've rarely seen a pricier jersey. Awful website too - are all the photos meant to be out of focus?

jusy my Humble Opinion, but £175 full price race jersey, doesnt seem a lot compared to rapha, assos, and a whole host of others on the market these days, which are made in countries that are not exactly at the fore for fair pay and working conditions.......... considering the price differential and the fabric is made is GB and then the jersey in GB too ....

Not saying the figures don't add up. Just saying that it's definitely amongst the priciest options.
