Would absolutely love to have a garden that size but they're off their nut if they think it's 'worth' anything near that

I think some people really value gardens. There’s a house for sale near us of nearly exactly the same design as ours, slightly quieter road, gross 90s ideal home expo interior, not much view but much bigger garden. Asking is nearly 60% more than we paid!
