Must have missed this i think, looks quite good!
-
• #7
Yeah, looks fun. Will keep an eye on this and Race to the Rock, starting same day I think?
-
• #8
Sitting in office, wishing I was doing this. Have fun!
-
• #9
Sitting in the office wishing I was following hippy’s Dot and hearing his moaning about his gooch on social media and reading his mother’s tweets.
-
• #10
I need a sugar daddy to fund all these misadventures... hint hint... much more fun than office dwelling day in and day out.
-
• #11
I'd love to be doing it too. If you find your sugar daddy, ask if he knows a good childminder!
-
• #12
Take a seat then and watch dots moving on the screen

And now they're on their way now. Good luck!
I don't know about favourites, except that my favourite is my good friend Sami, #1. He's done Japanese Odyssey, LEL, Ruska etc. so he knows what he's doing.

• #16
The field is nicely spread already, three riders on the north side of Pyrenees, three on the south. And two haven't started, still in Bilbao.
-
• #18
So wish I was doing this instead of answering dumb questions about S3.
-
• #19
Mark Humme didn't start?
-
• #20
What will be the total mileage anyone worked out?
Roughly
-
• #21
They say it'll be about 3500km.
-
• #22
Seems like Josep is either backtracking to take the coast route... or just scratching (more likely) 🤔 https://frrt.org/tibr2018/r/5-josep
Omar still making better average numbers than Carlos by a bit, but too early to say there's really a difference. He's the closest to @hippy we'll get with lots of complaining in social media 🙈
-
• #23
Where is he complaining? I need to see if it's up to spec... and it'd be nice to see someone else suffer for a change. #evilhippy
-
• #24
Josep: Maybe he's heading back to a bike shop with a mechanical? Any in town?
-
• #25
There are a quite a few (it's been my home town for a few years now)
Because of the weather conditions the TIBR2018 has been postponed.
Due to the exceptional snowfalls of recent weeks the forecasts point to difficulties on reaching some checkpoints under optimum safety conditions on the date previously proposed, especially Pico Veleta -3.384m-
The race will start definitely in Bilbao on 02 September at 22:00.
