How would I mount the cable stops onto the frame?

If you just have holes, then I suspect the bosses that the downtube adjuster's mount to are missing.

Yes you would need a pair of them, just search ebay for downtube cable adjusters, shimano or campag ones will fit.

The bit that is missing from your frame I'm not sure what the correct name is, but found this on a quick google search http://community.vintagecannondale.com/threads/barrel-adjuster-bracket.116/

May be difficult to track one down so good luck.

Thanks @krankers - yes exactly it's the bit inside the frame that the adjusters need to mount onto that I wasn't sure about. Hopefully I find some!

Yeah, this one literally didn't come with anything in that space when I bought it (i sold it to @sconkers cos it was way too small for me)

@sconkers I have a similar age frame that is dead, I'll see if I can get them off for you without ruining them.

Yes - I think someone else posted a similar request here or somewhere else recently.

Turns out it was easy to do, one side has a hex and that hold it all together.

@sconkers pm'd you, it's yours if you want it.

Before I officially put it for sale in the right thread, would anyone be interested in my supersix evo high mod frameset? Size 54, bought last year from new, no scratches, litterallh like new. Gone out about 10 times on it (400miles max), no matter how much I want to like it I never really enjoyed the ride. I will sell with headset, c-bear ceramic BB and seatpost....
