We've got one of those but teaching anyone else to use it is near impossible. The Sky touch remote is better for ffwd/rew too and the other remotes are never too far away as problems need to be solved on a regular basis. As a plus, if you're in front of the TV for a few hours a night it gets easy enough to do what you might want to do without paying it too much attention. Setting it up to switch between boxes/apps and controlling AV fairly seamlessly. I'd say if £200 is a big deal then forget about it.

Had a look at those Logitech harmony remotes, fuck me £200 for an all in one!!!
Got me itching for one though, running audio through an Av amp is a ball ache when you try to balance levels for Spotify/Netflix/usb stick in back of tv/ and PS4.
