Question about Tacx Flux...
On TTS 4 software there is no concept of power zones. When you create your workout you say 4 mins at 200 watts and that’s how the turbo is adjusted.
If I use garmin Connect to create the workout I can say the Target is zone 3 power for 3 mins for example. What would my Garmin 820 send to the Flux as the resistance setting? The bottom or top of power zone 3 for me or provided I was in the zone it would be happy? Or does it set little resistance and let me use the gears and cadence to get into the zone?
