    Today was fun, much to think about. I used the dropper for the first time and it is very different, always out of the saddle, sprint-style pedalling between corners, eye's fixed on the corner exit and hoping that the bike rotates without climbing up the banking.

    The surface is a lot more rooty, with a lot more broken terrain in some sections on the red route, none of it was a problem to roll over when it came to it but I did wonder what was going to happen when I saw it down the trail.
