Nice! looks like nice value build. I would have gone with the yellow, but this is really cool!

Nope, it's wider at 50cm from the hood, Funn G-Wide, cheaper than the Cowchippers (but longer hence the 60mm stem).

I wanted to try and get the widest handlebar possible without spending silly money like that Nitto one.

Been out in the wild today, those Sim Works tyres are quick on the gravel, but a bit sluggish on the road.

I found them to be alright on-road, except for fast cornering. The lama knobbies on the side really mess with high speed cornering.

Great bike though!

Hmmmm, been running 25 psi front, and 27 rear, and I definitely noticed the weird steering on the road but were fine on the gravel, and I ran them at 30 & 32 last time but they were alright in terms of steering albeit a bit sluggish. When I've compared my last two rides in Epping my top speed today was like 58kph (coasting down hill), and on the last ride 52kph on resolutes, so they certainly pick up speed.

chain/bash guard for 130bcd 5 arm (ultegra triple to replace the outer ring)
middle ring is 39T
what size for chain/bash guard then? a few T higher? 42T to keep the chain level with the guard?
