I have a lot of MAME stuff and various others (SNES mainly I think).
Newsgroups are the easiest option I find, have a search on https://nzbindex.com/ I find the easiest way is filter down to the emulator groups and search with a large minimum file size to find libraries rather than individual ROMs.

Anyone got an arcade box running retropie/similar with a library they might be willing to share.
Just built a picade but struggling to fill it.
