Is there a chance to get the pink V60 outside of the UK?

Do Brewed by Hand ship worldwide? https://www.hario.co.uk/v60-ceramic-dripper-02-new-colours/
-

I could order directly from Hario but they charge £24 for shipping to Germany

yiiiiiikes! let me ask some german based coffee buds and see if they know any distributors. I only know brewed by hand cos they're local (to me!)

First coffee appreciation post. Hello.
My co-worker and fellow coffee drinking buddy has left me for another job.
Would like to experiment with something other than our trustee cafeteria that now seems a little big for one person.
Keen for something that can feed my 2 to 3 daily cups.
Any one person coffee solutions welcome. -

aeropress springs to mind
makes one cup at a time

Though my wife gave me a cafflano klassic for my birthday, took it on holiday and it made great coffee for one - and has all the bits to make good filter coffee - cup, grinder, filter etc.

Chewed through an entire bag of my yellow bourbon dialling my machine back in after full clean, no matter what I did got instant blonding and shot would be done in about 6s, adjusted every metric until I was on the lowest grinder setting and still no joy.
Re-calibrated grinder and it was spot on again instantly. ffs.

Same thing happened to me last weekend (figured out I had to recalibrate the grinder a bit earlier thankfully)
Is yours a Vario? They seem to be very sensitive to cleaning.

Second aeropress.

it is, but i hadn't actually cleaned it, it has been about a year since it was last calibrated.
the reason I didn't jump straight to the grinder was it's been pretty much fine up until now maybe a touch quicker pulling shots. but the adjustment screw needed a hefty turn to get to the correct point though so I expect it recently worked its way to the point where it easily loosened.

I've started making a 3 cups either through pour over or french press and then keeping it in a klean kanteen and decanting throughout the day. 2/3 aeropress throughout the day was a bit of a faff.
Cold brew is another nice option in the hot weather and can keep for a few days.

Ah, I see. I use Grindz which I reckon has the same effect (loosening of screws). Apparently they don't need to be cleaned that often which is good considering I only do it every 6 months or so. I'm getting some tasty shots now though.

Aeropress + Porlex grinder is the go to solution I'd say.
V60 would also work.

Thanks for your advice all I'm going to start with a v60 and enjoy the journey from there.

It's very nice, quite a sweet brew. Hard to be sure I am getting the most/best out of it as I usually brew 2 cup batch via v60 but am brewing 4 cups as on holiday & it'd be rude not to brew up for everyone. Also factor in Devon water vs usual Mcr finest might make a difference.

Shoe box - Haha, we're not big in the game enough for our own mailing boxes so we reuse what we've got or grab something from the clothes shop next door. Looking forward to the day when we've got the big posh place with storage for packaging :)

Cheers, will check those out.
I'm a big fan. I make a batch every evening then filter it in the morning. Stick in 500 ml bottle and bring it into work. Quick, easy and consistently tasty!
