Not entirely surprise! the stock gearing is reasonably high as it is.

Not always the gear , it’s what you can do with it.
Often wonder how bad their bicycle would have to be for a pro rider not to be able to beat an average joe (like myself) on a race ready bicycle. -
I thought it was an s6 raw lacquer with a larger chainring?
