Quick question, done to death, can't remember:

My citizen gains 2 minutes a day, does it need a service or de-magnetising?

You can probably regulate with the adjuster screw on the movement and see if that helps?

(I know Seiko have this I assume it's common across autos?)

Try de-magnetising first, rule of thumb watches need a service every 5 to 7 years

Didn't think it was unreadable per se; just more like the writer had inhaled all the marketing guff that the manufacturers send out and had then regurgitated it out onto the page.
