The BBT-9 won't work with the WM bottom bracket. The WM bottom bracket requires a 16 tooth tool for a 48.5mm OD BB. You can use:
Park Tools BBT-29 - the larger of the two ends
Park Tools BBT-27
WM BB48-44 - the larger of the two ends
Enduro BBT-025
The standard Shimano tool is 44mm OD, so it's too small. The plastic reducer takes it down to a 41mm OD, so even more too small. The BBT9 is for 44mm BBs - 'The BBT-9 fits cups and lockrings with 16 external notches and an outside diameter of approximately 44mm. - so it's too small for the WM BB.
The Rotor tool is different again, not least because the Rotor BSA30 BB has only 12 splines. Comparing the Rotor tool to the WM BB48-44 I'd say the OD is also slightly smaller for the Rotor tool.
Awesome! (well, not the clusterfuck that is BB standards, but awesome having knowledge - I need another tool). I owe you a passionate kiss with tongue and groping.
