Not exactly.

I want to know if my BBT-9 with or without the plastic adapter or my Rotor BB tool is the same as "16-notch MegoEvo BB’s. (FSA MegaEvo and Park Tool BBT-29)" and if it's not can I just get a different plastic adapter (http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/shimano-bb-adaptor-installation-tool-tl-fc24/rp-prod137442)?

BB standards are fucked enough without me needing different tools. Fuck bikes.
