Is there a desire for a bleeding burger? I was given a Linda Mccartney pulled pork burger last month, and the (very impressive) pork texture almost made me gag. No more meat imitation for me.
I think the backers of such bleeding plant burgers have the fast food industry as their ultimate target market. Stuffing indolent cattle with soy protein then processing the resultant carcasses is very inefficient.
