Very interesting, reading some of those numbers it seems as though things are really starting to change/ gain momentum.
Also a number of the quorn products are already vegan - but in exactly the same packets (or they were last time I checked) as the non-vegan selection.
What's all this about a bleeding burger too?
I've long regarded Quorn as the enemy of veganism, due to their egg-based dominance in the non-meat supermarket sections, but this is promising:
