I racing an ultra in August so I've been trying to get used to the heat just in case it's hot then. Been going out for my long runs in the middle of the day etc. Just have to slow down and take on fluids. Helps that there's a couple of tap locations around here too.
Returning to Victoria Park tonight for the 10K - interested to see how I get on, been doing big mileage and very little speedwork recently.
