Current Projects chat and miscellany

Stuck some bits on my dad's frame - mainly parts bin stuff and some things from here.

Couple of issues to iron out...

1. BB is too wide as this had a triple on before, which is affecting chainline and shifting.
   
2. Front wheel is slightly off centre and I'm note sure why (it isn't the dishing). Am guessing bent forks or something up with the dropouts? Suspect my dad has fallen off it at some point so will probably try this Jobst Brandt method.
