That target is considerably handicapped by a frame that's at least half a kilo heavier than most weight weenie builds start with.

unpopular opinion probably but:
to be honest in my view it is not worth spending £1471 to make your bike a little lighter.I would encourage you to spend that money on 4 separate weeks of amazing cycling adventures
I would be a lot happier in the long run.
