Enzo PK70 but that might be a bit small for you. Beautifully made.
Boker Plus XS is much more 'tactical' but not very friendly.
CRKT Liong Mah #5 (from heinnie.com) has a good reputation - felt OK when I got the chance to play with one a couple of years ago.Loads more at heinnie.com - they have a 'UK friendly' section that are all sub-3" slip joints.

And while we are still on this subject, does anyone have any recommendations for a uklegal folder that is not a SAK? I want a big hefty blade ( of the correct size) and a flat construction (eg not an optimal).
