Yes it was a silly question really, due to frustration, to which the answer was always to solve by experimentation.
What is Afghani (I think) for "thanks for letting me poke around in your enormous box full of random bolts, washers and screws. However as I originally expected to make this purchase from B and Q I forgot to bring any cash with me, and I'm pretty sure you won't take a card payment. I kind of hoped (but did not in any way expect) that at this point you would kindly wave me on my way with the 4 tiny nuts gratis. However, I will leave the items on your counter, walk home and back again with a pocketful of coins and hope you are off the phone, and/or that your colleague who's normally on the counter is back'?

Anyone know what size nut I need to go on these headtube gear cable adjusters? My bike needs them as the braze-ons aren't threaded.
It's probably gone through the decking you can just about see in the background.
