Navitimers are sensational. Historically important, truly innovative, and still beautiful time piece. I'd put them way ahead of Omega's Speedmaster in terms of historical relevance.
One of my good friends who owns one has worn it every day for 20 years and it still looks fantastic every single time.

In all honesty, I think if I had to chose between the Navitimer and my current everyday watch:
I'd still choose the Citizen.
A combination of not having to care about the nicks and scratches that the Citizen has and will continue to pick up, along with knowing that my watch is bang on time (within a tenth of a second at least) whether it's on my wrist or sitting on a table for months on end are definite deal-makers for me.
Don't get me wrong, I know that in the flesh, the Navitmer looks leagues better. But the accuracy and replaceability of the Citizen win out for me!

I still really like the Navitimer. Not enough to pay anywhere near the asking price mind you.
