looks great! regarding the issue of leaning to the left, it might be that the rear wheel wasn't dished properly when it was rebuilt?

I don't think that'd be the issue, but there is a chance. I'll talk to some local repair pros and we'll see... But I'm pretty sure it will be the fork.
