I've never seen a girl/someone self-identitying as a girl carry a phone in their pocket and most have it in their bag. That it the only useful reason I can really see for a smart watch.
And no offense to @TGR but when I see lists of features like that, it just makes me think of a 9yo kid explaining why their Casio with all the time zones and xM of depth rating is so useful. It's basically a product to solve a set of issues that probably wouldn't even make a 1st World Problem meme.

Interesting outlook. I see most women with phones in hand or in back pockets as they, generally, don’t fit in women’s ridiculously small front pockets. I think the Apple Watch is a great smart watch if you want a smart watch. I’d argue that it doesn’t look good, as an object.
Charging another device is annoying, mind you. -
No offence taken, I find it is useful, but not nice to look at. I do a bit of walking and a lot of the functions mentioned are useful. At £350 it is not cheap but if you can buy it abroad there are significant savings.
You make a fair point re. First World Problem but this thread really is all about those!
I am not meaning to sound easily offended, I don't care, but why does gender matter here? Footnote - I've not watched the video. I don't see the point of halfway house smart watches. Either get an Android Wear or Apple Watch. No point in anything else IMO.
