  • +1 for Jariscos mandarin. Could be the cane sugar in it? Hard to find in the UK, but Benito's Hat in Covent Garden used to do it.

Anyone ever have Mezzo Mix in Germany? It's cokemixed with orange. Vom.

  • Oh talking of E&C, Los Arrieros makes Aguapanela.

  • yes to lilt! Big fan. Smallest amount of sugar per 100ml of most fizzy drinks in a newsagents.

  • Due, probably, to all the natural fructose sugar in the fruit it contains. It's all sugar.

    Delicious sugar.

  • It may well be owned by Coca Cola these days, and it may well be disgusting, but I love it.

  • The san peli chinotto may be the originator but kinnie truely wipes the floor with it.

I’ve just pulled a Carters out the freezer after a long day of graft in the sun. Beats beer any day of the week..

  • Does that not get counted in the amount though?

  • Yes! Made with whey? Or some sort of dairy byproduct?

  • I found this the other day. It’s alright you know.

  • Only place I've seen it is on New Oxford street next to the failed Morrisons Metro, American import, so it's a pricey £1.89. Worth just trying once though.

  • Soda Folk discount code:
    SODASWITCH25
    Gets you 25% off.

    Their root beer is aces.

  • Yeah that little bit of maple syrup. Banging.

  • Banging

  • Where from?

  • Had my first taste of chinotto today (Galvanina). Like a weird bitter cola, liked it more than I thought I would.

  • Looks good, is there an easy source in London? Always down with a new chinotto.

  • Dying from the heat, popped to see shop man, went back 10yrs with an Uludag and an ice pop.
If sprite and cream soda had a lovechild you’d be getting close.
Available in all good Turkish shops. The orange one is pretty rubbish.

  • Orange is fantastic sometimes, just depends on the mix.

  • Newsagents on the corner of Endell Street and Shorts Gardens opposite the fish and chip cafe/resturant thing.

  • Just used this code, I save 10p.....Save £6.60, postage £6.50, top lel.

  • Delitalia sent us some samples but I'm in Scotland, not sure if they supply London too.

  • Found these in a local shop and got all excited with the thought of new flavours. Shame they're disgusting!

Especially the Lemon and cumin one which is like drinking an indian side dish. The cumin is very prominent, urg, makes me wretch just thinking about it.

The hibiscus and ginger tastes like cheap blackcurrant squash with no ginger and the watermelon one is just bad. I don't fucking like watermelon.

The best one for me was the Pomegranate and Rose but it's still too weird to be truly refreshing.

Edit: Plus it makes a mockery of the term "street drink" as I'd probably rather hoof a can of Tennents Super than one of these.

Edit edit: and they're still, so I'm off topic.
