Installed a threadless BB (threads are french), a triple chainset, Campagnolo Avanti shifters + triple FD, Campagnolo Xenon RD running 8 speed 12-23t Miche hubs x Rigida Nova rims.
1" Ahead stem adaptor with 90mm Ritchey stem on ITM bars. Fizik Aliante saddle with Kium rails.
New 700 x 25mm Michelin Dynamic sport tyres, new brake pads, new cables all around, new cork bar tape.
Shifting is not mega precise due to Xenon being 9 speed post 2001 and shifters being pre-2001 8 speed but hey.
