Nice bickyckle! Solid black parts and bright frame never fails :) do you think 30 is enough to get you up the Dolomites or will you switch before you leave?
When you said your bike was "also pretty heavy", clearly you weren't envisaging my 10-15kg beastie!

Nope. I had to severe the cable. But I’ll be installing Dynasnaps to reconnect when I need to use them again. The cable run through the frame is permanent so for now, I’ve covered it in electrical tape and taped it to the chain stay.
Removing the guards themselves was a two minute job.
