Finally managed to get a Speedbird GMT. Been after one for a while but they barely ever seem to come up for sale.

Put the plastic/rubber dive strap back on the rat watch. The rattle of the bracelet was annoying while cycling. Though, the dive strap seems massive in comparison now, much preferred the look of the bracelet.
Question:
Watch is running a Miyota 0S10 chronograph. The main second hand is the chrono, sub dials are minutes, hours, and normal timekeeping seconds. Chrono is a tick, full second.
Is there an alternative movement I can use with a sweeping second chrono?
Edit: maybe 0S90?

That's funny. I did the same with my Turtle last night and I think I much prefer the tool aesthetic of the rubber strap over the bracelet. Doesn't help that the Seiko bracelet is very heavy and not very good.

Yea this is a Casio-replacement strap, may or may not be genuine, from the watchmakers’. 338 H2 Japan made, didn’t fit well and too stiff and uncomfortable. Took a file to the rubber near the lugs, lighter to the rubber to soften etc.
Watch looked way too shiny and smart with the bracelet, but was way comfortable.

I'm so shit at setting hands that I would never dare touch any of my watches to try. Not sure i'd be able to get the size right anyway.

Any interest in an Orient Bambino? 2nd gen model, which means it has the hacking and hand-windable automatic movement. The face looks white in photos, but it’s a lightly-brushed silver. The strap is a very dark burgundy.
I like it very much indeed, it’s a fantastic watch for the money. However it’s a little dressy for my work attire and on the few occasions I have to wear a suit, my Nomos fills the bill.
It’s been worn once in the couple of months I’ve had it, so it’s pretty much as-new. £80?

It’s a ballache if they aren’t exact. Trying to see about a sweeping chrono for this just to feel like it’s ‘done’. Like there’s no more polish for this turd after that. Must have owned it a year already too.

My new beater. Super happy with it. My other watches are both being serviced and it was really bugging me having a naked wrist.

Ooh, was going to get a bright pink F91, but that looks good. Is it hard to read in the sun?

You mean the GMT hand being slightly out of alignment with the other hands? Seems it's an issue with that ETA movement. There are a few possible ways to synchronise it that I need to try.
The seller has offered me a refund if it's an issue but the watch is pretty hard to get hold of so I'd prefer not to do that. Bit of a dilemma.

If the hacks don't work its a fairly simple thing for a watchmaker to fix.
I've done it for a few of my own GMT watches...
Got any pics of the one you're selling?
