    Kojaks hits the sweet spot between antipuncture and low rolling resistance in DK.
    But honestly, a bike needs to feel fast and responsive and slow tyres kill that feeling.
    Changing tyres after a flat isnt a big deal if you get good at it. And if you are scared of getting dirty hands it teaches you to keep your bike clean which means you get to inspect your bike which means it will be in better condition and therefore be faster. Giving your partner a bike is imo also about teaching how to maintain a bike and appreciate when it is fast and efficient
