We've had a couple of this guys murals recently. I really like his style.

Ah, that was quick. No chance for Fox.

The clue was simply in relation to a tag a while ago, a mural of 'The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face' by Ewan MacColl on the end wall facing the opposite direction of the next terrace over.

this was an oblique reference to the boat's previous incarnation as a floating cinema back in 2011 by art group Somewhere.
