PS. I think red would look good, but I wonder if a thief might be more likely to nick it as it stands out more. Stealth is usually the way to go right?
If it's going to get stolen, it's going to get stolen. I have most parts (wheels, finishing kit) just needed the frame and groupset, both of which has cost me less than £500. I already have a reeeeealy shit bike, a proper beater but I don't enjoy riding that on 10+ mile commute.
I share turbo with missus.
And only do structured sessions so just use one cog/chainring combo really.
