Can't say, Google isn't coming up with anything. Pictures and spec don't appear to coincide either (Deda piegas). What I do know is that I want one.

I'm not sure if they ever did single-bolt versions, but this looks very much like the old steel GT stems from back in the day. There were definitely some that had the integrated steerer clamp.

Creative use of paint to highlight the gilco tubing, +1

Agreed. The grey bits of the paint are also way more buckwild than the one photo really conveys:

Didn't think Pedalroom specs could be misinterpreted but alas.
I changed the handlebars from some wimpy 420mm Procrafts to 460mm Deda Piegas, stem remained the same Cannondale TIG welded steel. Can be seen in catalogues in the mid 90's but oh so elusive. Took me one year to find one eBay as pickins are rather slim up in Scandiland. Lucky for me it was a 110mm so pretty useful, could do with a bit more reach in the handlebars though...
Those old GT stems @andyBmore mentioned are a personal fav, must have like 10 of those in use/in the parts bin.Seatpost was a American Classic, switched it to a Alpina to match the fork but wasn't a huge success in my mind. All this has been changed after the most recent pic as I switched to a Shimano/riser setup.

Would it blow your mind if I said the UK ;) Snagged it off eBay 2-3 years ago for peanuts basically. Badly listed and only bidder. Even turned out to be a S-Works which was a complete surprise!

Not in the least. I bought an allez epic (lugged carbon) under similar circumstances also for peanuts. 90s concept frames = ultimate HH
Bottom bracket was like spaghetti mind. -

Stuck some silly wheels on my Trek.

I'm usually a stickler for black stems only but that works very very well.
What are the stays made from?

pure neon obvs, and with those collapsible wheels of death, repairable neon hopefully :)

It's all Aluminium bar the main tubes, which are Carbon.

This has really reiterated the 'black stems a better' rule. Carob's bike is the exception which proves the rule.
Also - if you're going to put your valve stems at 6 o'clock, get them bang on or it looks dreadful.
Thanks ,,,,,,So ProCraft stem ?
