26" = 559mm rim diameter. 2.4" = 61mm tyres 61+61+559=681mm 650b = 584mm rim diameter 47+47+584=678mm
Still very close, but 685mm?
There are different ways to calculate it. Some people assume a circular tyre profile, others don't, etc.
