@Dawid_Owl Could not agree more. I don't ride fixed gear, but I totally appreciate the art and beauty of bespoke fixed gear bikes, sometimes i do just look at the bike porn section.
But at the same time, you can't expect people to understand all the in jokes and be totally on board, some people aren't as hardcore as others, and that is completely fine.But i have come on here and just put an ad out to see what was out there, but i'm not going to sit by whilst individuals just waste my time and then get upset when I call them out on their bullshit.
Im sure 99% of people on here are wonderful people, would love meet so many and talk bikes. But you can't expect to grow and get more people involved if you just argue for the sake of it.
What if you turned up at someones house, going to buy a car for example, and just started going in on the guy (or girl) personally. They would tell you to fuck off. Not saying that is exactly what happened here, but i hope you can see why Im a bit pissed off when I get notifications about my ad and instead for genuine sellers, it's fairly sad people who have nothing better to do than just annoy for the sake of it.

I find this forum great to sell and buy.
With friendly prices people will deffinetley sell and buy quickly. Banter is a plus side opposite to eBay where you actually don't know sellers. Here big chunk of people are friends and meet each other already.
Before criticising maybe get involved a bit in forum and many different topics discussed here not just classified.
