Has anybody got any experience of NOS tyres like these?

They would look dope but are they likely to be mega fragile? Does rubber degrade in a box over the years.
I could get a 20mm GP 4000 Conti for the rear or try and squeeze a 23mm Veloflex Master in but it's an expensive experiment if it doesn't fit.
Rubber harden over time, so you might actually get better puncture protection. You might lose grip though (see Paul Walker's fatal crash). Discovery used to ride on 5-year-old tubs though, and that guy Lance did OK.
Guess it’d depend on how they were stored more than anything else?
