I've said he can have 500 quid off towards his DPC but that's it.

Is it solid wall or cavity?
Does it already have a DPC?

It doesn't need one. It does already have one, yeah.

The reasons given from builder (a) were DPC installed incorrectly and penetrating damp, builder (b) rising damp.
