The cargo bibs are fucking great.
Hands down the most useful pair I own. -

Aren't you having to lift the contents of the pockets on every pedal stroke? Seems a bit inefficient to me but I ain't no scientist

Because most shorts have a single use - to be sat in, and now these can be sat in but also carry a snack?
-
• #30955
I really want some. I'm always shoving my phone/gloves/food up the leg of my shorts.

Great for hot days like last weekend. Rode around in them and a baselayer. Was lovely.
They also work without the bib part, as have a really nice leg gripper.
Pockets great for phone and other crap that you want to have not on your back.
@Clownshoe - barely noticeable.
@Sumo Yup. That's exactly the point- so good for 'gram ease of access. -

Quite nice not to need a cycling jersey for pockets.
Santini have been making bibs with 2 ‘radio’ pockets for years. They work well. A couple of extra stash spots for food is always welcome.

how do you filter by size on the archive sale page now?

Before and after repairs. Including a seam on the arm for a nick that I’d already tried to fix and hadn’t bothered to mention. Excellent service.

Good to hear a positive review of the cargo bibs. I liked the look of them, but was too shy to say so.
Nah not really, fuck being shy. I just couldn't be arsed to express an opinion in the internet.

Anyone interested in classic bibs £50, club (merino smartwool) jersey - black/white £40, and rain jacket in grey £70, all size small, before I list in classifieds?
All recent purchases, jersey/bibs used from club member in VGC - worn once by me, jacket BNWT from here - never worn in anger. Didn’t get on with fit unfortunately, sticking to Castelli/Sportful.

What are the differences between the pro team bib shorts and the neerw pro team II version? Just the chamois sizing and leg grippers?
-
• #30971
And slightly different material on the top half I reckon. There's not much difference though if you're M or L, and the pad will therefore be the same size anyway.
-
• #30972
Thanks, I am a M or L so probably not worth the extra £100 for Pro Team II version.
-
• #30973
YMMV, but I'd definitely say it's not worth the extra for the IIs

Shout out to the Flyweight glasses, unbelievable bit of kit. Didn't fog up despite me sweating my bodyweight in 30 degree heat the other day. Like most great cycling kit you totally forget they're on.

Do glasses fog up on a warm day? Never had that issue.
Yeah, the menus don't work properly for me on Chrome/android, which makes navigation a bit of a PITA.
