After all the Marin did not survive the crash, I finally had the chance to ride it (after the rear wheel was repaired). Once I let go of the handlebars the fork turns right, and the whole bike starts to fall to the left. Pity. But at least everything else is working fine, so I'll only have to get a new frameset, which I will do in the next week or so.
