There's a couple of cheap ones here https://www.sella-berolinum.de/shop-/felgen-und-zubehoer/

Cross posting from my build thread in humblebrag form, my commuter's been refreshed and serviced and I love it again.

Switchback Hills mated to some SimWorks fenders are a match made in heaven.

When's the photoset hitting the Radavist? ;)
Seriously though, great looking bike!

Does anyone have some old/cheap 650b×40ish tyres that I can buy off you? I bought a really cheap wheelset and just want to test my clearance and see whst they feel like before I commit to decent wheels and tyres.

Front pannier rack needs to be leveled
-
• #1839
Knew that was coming, and you're not wrong.
Don't want to faff with the fenders when the rack comes off for non-touring duties so it's perched on the front fork braze-ons, it'd sit level on the rear set.

When d'you need/want em by?
I've got at least one 650x42 Gravel King which you can have for postage - it's pretty cut up so unlikely to go back on the bike. I could post at the weekend :)

Absolutely no rush at all, that would be perfect! Will PM you shortly

• #1842
Could you have attached the mudguard stays to the front braze ons instead? Bit late now, obvs, but out of interest.

650b isn't going to be of any benefit when the XLS has this much side clearance, is it(?).

My frame clears 650b×42mm with space to spare, very pleased! And thanks @tyeness for the tyre!
Question, are there mudguards that aren't going to look horrid with both 650b×42mm and 700c×32mm? And won't need adjustment every time I swap wheels? Is anyone else doing this (two wheelsets, different size tyres, mudguards)? Gut instinct says no.

Anyone want to trade some 650b x 45-48 tyres for a set of Gravel King 42 or Gravel King SK 48s?The SKs come up too large

Got some Marathon Supremes in 1.6" if that you're interested? Never used, just taken the reflective strip off
-
• #1847
Need 1.8-1.9", thanks though

I've got some Big Ben's going spare if you want them for nought? Just sitting in the shed never going to be used again. (they're my spare, spare tyres). I think they're technically 2", but they come up narrow.

After a brief stint as a bouncy bike, I've got my hobootleg geo setup for commuting, general whizzing about again. Bloody lovely bike.
