Is it your bike? -

It’s a show/demo bike built for Genesis. But it’s my size, and lives with me when not on display, so I guess the short answer is yes!

Asking a favour of you genesis owners Could anyone who has a 2015 or later Day One measure the axle-crown measurement on the fork for me?

I need to sell my 2017 XL Day One if anyone is interested?
I only used it for 4 months, did lots upgrades which make it much more usable and much much more reliable. I'll outline them all if anyone is interested?

That looks great, what size are your tyres? I have a holdsworth elan which has clearance for 28mm tyres, put in onto 650b with WTB 42mm knobbly tyres but it's just too tight.. would this have any more clearance?
-
• #418
Around 40mm so probably still a bit tight

Awesome.. what size and type are those tyres?
-
• #421
schwalbe x one bite 33mm - a bit skinny for the terrain really but the widest i could fit.
also tried on a set of 35mm conti cyclocross speed but they rubbed on the rear stays. -

What's that frame bag you have there?
-
• #423
i made the frame bag - first time i've used a sewing machine!
it's very basic but did the job for the trip and been using it daily on commutes for a few weeks. -

My employer has just signed up to cyclescheme and it got me considering the Vagabond. I'm moving to the surrey hills and would love to get out in them and also do a bit of on road stuff/use it to commute to the train station etc. Anyone know the sizing for them? I went to London bicycle workshop in Clerkenwell last night and was thought a medium would be alright...but being about 185cm tall I thought I'd be on the large size?

I'm 6ft and ride a large. Depends a bit how you want to ride it I guess, as I still have a massive spacer stack, but I'm in the drops 95% of the time. I think you'd struggle to even get the saddle high enough on a medium unless you're all torso.
