Popped down to mine today for a water and to pick the rhubarb. It's an interesting set up. I go to my allotment probably 3 times a week in the summer and maybe once a week in the winter, or once every two weeks maybe. It's a half plot. In the summer it's fully cultivated.
I still get shitty emails from the allotment police though telling me to go and dig it and weed it. It's all very odd. Apparently one of the old blokes who is there literally every day keeps a note pad of who goes on a daily basis.
I've not responded as I might have done usually because I've made allowances that the allotment police are oddballs with a lot of time on their hands.
But does anyone else get strange correspondence from the allotment stazi ? I literally go there three times a week and it's well used , so I find all this quite odd tbh.
