If you are going in to Paris you'll need to sort out an 'emissions' sticker.

Any recommend an unlettered desiccant dehumidifier for in car? Like a big bag of silica gel or summat

Big bag of silica gel?Or other desicants are available.
How moist is it...Is there a leak?

Cat litter in a sock has always worked for me...

Was just about to say this, got one in the MX-5 at the moment. Makes a good (or weird) conversation piece plus if you get into any street brawls you can always launch it at someone as a statement of intent.

I have about 5kg of indicating silica gel left over from a project if you want some.
It turns from orange to green when it's fully saturated and you can re-generate it in the microwave on low

Never bought silica gel.
Don't think there's a leak - probably just me driving with wet shoes.
Noticed a mould spore on the carpet near driver's seat. -

Wow, didn't know it was reusable.
Where are you based? -

I do know that the ferry to Corsica from Marseille is lovely. When you arrive in Propriano, there is a wonderful, tiny cafe just on the headland where you can have a coffee and a croissant, and generally revel in the beauty of where you have woken up.
Train from London to Marseille then ferry to Corsica is one of my favourite journies.
It is a study in watching drab grey weather gradually transform into silver tipped wave tops dancing in the Mediterranean sun. As a bonus you get to wave at Mont Ventoux as you transit Provence.

Oh and can we ask what the project was?

My car order has been accepted... and I am now the owner of a Volvo S90 Inscription Pro T8 Twin Engine in black.
Pretty pleased about this, but perhaps should have test driven it beforehand. Buying cars within a few emails is my new thing (and I'm fine doing this, I did go sit in one for a brief minute).
The car I bought is this: https://www.volvocars.com/uk/car-configurator/saloon/s90/inscription-pro/t8-twin-engine-automatic/summary?s=w35k9

After a couple years of saving, I've bought my first car - a lovely 1984 Porsche 924!
A real bargain for a slice of motoring history, and a great place to start in the classic car game :)

Thanks - yeh they're really cool cars but often overlooked. I'm especially stoked on the colour!

I designed a clothes dryer which uses low energy de-humidification to dry your clothes indoors.
The stuff i have is like this, but just in a loose bag

I can decant some and bring it into work at Victoria if you want (or feel free to pick it up from Surbiton)

The missus is going to attack it this week but I'll make a note to ask you about it later. Cheers.
It’s not a bad call, any (very rough idea) of what that would cost?
