Had the same issue, mentioned it to them while I was there, they said it was fine. Showed them there display bikes and how easily they turned. Borrow tool and loosen it. Also tried telling me that I needed new brake pads and a chain, even though when booking it I said that we about a month old and didn't need replacing.

A friend of mine had his bike serviced there, came back into work barely able to turn his handlebars because they’d over cranked the top cap bearing load bizz.. based on that alone I would never take my bike there!
