Joking aside, the best thing about watch tools is that they tend to be small.

You haven’t got the lathe yet then...! I picked up a copy of George Daniels Watchmaking just because it came up crazy cheap on eBay (and I’d heard it was a bible) and his workshop is fucking nuts, bigger than mine was when I worked on motorbikes.

Daniels wasn't exactly a run of the mill watchmaker though, was he? Bit like saying Antonio Stradivari had a fair bit of violin-making kit knocking around...
