There's always the Mielec option... You could get a custom aluminium frame for less than 350€ I guess?
When we did the group buy for the Mash clones, it was 145€, and i heard the rates have gone up since, but i'm sure it won't be that expensive...
I'm sure they'll be able to build it from a given RattleCAD or BikeCAD design.
