That's the most pleasant description of "dremel fuck out of it!" I've read so far. :)
I've read a bit about it and it seems possible to convert just a bit of a faff. External wiring would keep it simple and easily serviceable but internal is sexeh.
The external di2 batteries look a lot bigger but do they hold more juice and do they work with 11spd?

@hippy etap is noticeably slower than di2. I've built enough of both now to know.
I'd also say your sworks would be convertible. Just need to be creative.
