A question about Paul Racer brakes (this thread seemed as good a place as any to ask):

The full reach ones, on the front, with a Paul funky monkey hanger. Is there a QR system for removing and installing the wheel and tyre, or is it not needed in some way?

Bikes with Paul brakes are built as vanity/troll projects and never actually ridden so such questions are irrelevant.

You know it's an expensive consumer bike when a slammed stem is nearly level with the saddle
