I ran a rotor 3D+ crank with 46/34. 11-32t.

I'd probably go even lower, like a 30 or 28. If it's 110 BCD you can only go down to 34t no?

Yeah 34t smallest on 110bcd. But can do 34t cassette and 1:1 is enough. If it's not you'd be better walking anyway. Unless mtb.
